Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. This is a very gentle massage only using 5 grams of pressure, but the benefits to this light touch can be a life changing therapy. Most clients see results after first treatment.

Hi Thank you for booking! At Be Balanced a 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling a massage appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Since all massage services are by appointment only, we require a deposit for services and if you miss you will be charged full amount of service.
